Taixin TX-2166 jelly glue (also known as gel glue) is a new type of environmentally friendly adhesive, mainly composed of protein glue. It has the advantages of strong adhesion and rapid curing, using water as a solvent during use, non-toxic, pollution-free, fragrant odor, and compliance with international environmental standards (tested according to SGS/EU 155 standards). The processed product will not exhibit any signs of brittleness, deformation, mold, or foaming. Especially suitable for efficient production such as fast machine gluing boxes (automatic production lines).

Product type:

(1) TX-2166A quick drying type (opening time: 5s~30s); Suitable for medium to high speed fully automatic production lines;

(2) TX-2166B medium speed model (opening time: 30s~90s); Suitable for semi-automatic production lines.

(3) TX-2166C slow drying type (opening time: 50s~180s): suitable for manual simple small machine mounting.

Product applicability: The manufacturing of various types of photo albums, hardcover book covers, and commercial gift boxes has the characteristics of fast curing, non rewinding of colored paper, and hard and glossy paper box surfaces. A semi-automatic and fully automatic box making machine suitable for commercial high-speed machine master production operations with heating equipment.

Suggested usage method:  (A) Jelly gel usage temperature:  (1) Automatic production line: Start up (75~85⁰C)/Glue tank (55~65⁰C)/Glue application (50~55⁰C) (adjust the nest temperature appropriately in winter).  (2) Semi automatic production line: Start up (80~85⁰C)/glue tank (60~65⁰C)/glue application (55~60⁰C) (adjust the temperature appropriately in winter).  (3) Handmade simple small machine: Start up (85-95⁰C)/Glue tank (55-60⁰C)/Glue (50-55⁰C) (adjust the temperature appropriately in winter).

(B) According to product needs and experience, an appropriate amount of water can be added (recommended not to exceed 10%), and the best usage method can be found.

Attention:

(1) This product must not be mixed with other adhesives, otherwise it may cause product quality problems.

(2) Whether the bonding effect is perfect, attention should be paid to the opening time of the adhesive when using it.

(3) This product should be stored in a dry and cool place, avoiding direct sunlight.

(4) Packaging specification: 25KG/cardboard box (2. 5 kg/bag x10).
