TX-9988 Book Adhesive

Taixin TX-9988 book glue is a modified polyvinyl acetate lotion. Its appearance is milky white uniform liquid. It is characterized by environmental protection, non-toxic colloid, fine, non foaming, strong viscosity, fast drying, mildew proof and anti-corrosion. High end hardcover book (export) gray cardboard interlayer bonding, no deformation, no bending, good flatness.

Main technical indicators:
(1) Appearance: Milky white uniform liquid, no impurities;
（2）PH=5~7;
(3) Viscosity: 5000-8000 (mpa. s/25 0C);
(4) Solid content: 45 ± 2%.
Suggested usage method;
This product is manually glued or mechanically applied, and can be used directly without adding water. Stir evenly before use, and make sure to keep the glue still moist when bonding. The longer the drying time, the better the effect. Customers can use their own experience and conduct experiments to find the best usage method
Packaging and storage:
This product is packaged in a 50KG plastic drum lined with a thin film bag. It should be stored and used at room temperature of 50 ° C or above, and should be antifreeze in winter. The shelf life is six months.
