TX-2188 shaping adhesive
TX-2188 setting adhesive is a two-component (A/B) acrylate copolymer lotion adhesive, which is mainly applicable to the molding of powder solid particles such as activated carbon. The independent functional groups between A/B components undergo cross-linking reactions, and after curing, they have excellent water resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance functions, thereby improving the service life of adsorbent material particles in acid and alkali systems, saving costs, and improving efficiency.
1、 Main technical indicators:
(1) Appearance: Component A - milky white viscous liquid; B component - dark brown viscous liquid.
(2) Solid content: Component A (S=48 ± 2%); Component B (S=99 ± 1%).
(3) PH value: Component A (5.0-7.0).
(4) Viscosity: Component A (8000-120000mpas); B component (2000-5000mpas).
2、 Applicability: Widely used for forming powdered solid particles such as activated carbon.
3、 Characteristics: (1) After the A/B components are cured in proportion (1:10-20%), they have good fastness and pressure resistance, which extends the reusable time of the adsorbent material particles.

4、 Applicable methods and precautions:
(1) Mix component A: B=1:10-20% evenly, and add according to actual needs

(2) Mix powdered solids such as activated carbon with the above (A/B) in a certain proportion and add an appropriate amount of glue
Mix water evenly in the mixer, then pelletize and dry to form.
