TX-2188 (II) water purification filter material molding adhesive
TX-2188 (Ⅱ) water purification filter material setting adhesive is a two-component (A/C) acrylate copolymer lotion adhesive, which is mainly suitable for forming spherical or columnar solids of various powder adsorption materials (such as diatomite, natural mineral soil, etc.). The A/C components have independent functional groups that undergo cross-linking reactions, resulting in high hardness and good water resistance after curing. Less adhesive is used to reduce clogging and have excellent adsorption performance.
1、 Main technical indicators:
(1) Appearance: Component A - milky white viscous liquid; Component C - dark brown viscous liquid.
(2) Solid content maximum: component A (S=31 ± 1%); Component C (S=99 ± 1%).
(3) PH value: Component A (5.0~7.0).
(4) Viscosity: Component A (35000-45000mpa. s)/250C; C component (200~400mpa. s)/250C.
2、 Applicability: Widely used for shaping spherical or columnar solids of various powdered adsorbent materials (such as diatomaceous earth, natural mineral soil, etc.).
3、 Features:
(1) After the A/C component is cured in proportion (100:5~10%), it has good fastness and pressure resistance, and good hardness.
(2) Has good water resistance, uses less glue, reduces clogging, and has excellent adsorption performance.
(3) The resin formed by the proportional curing of A/C components is a non-toxic material.
4、 Applicable methods and precautions:
(1) Mix the components (A: C=100:5%) evenly (suitable proportions of water can be added according to actual needs and stirred evenly).
(2) Mix the powdered solid in a certain proportion with the above mixed glue (100:150-180) in a mixer, then granulate (choose different equipment to make columns or balls as needed), dry at 1300C/3 hours to form, and let it air dry naturally for 24 hours before it is ready.
(3) Before using glue, stir component A evenly, add component C while stirring, and then add an appropriate amount of water until uniform. This mixed adhesive has a shelf life of 1-2 hours, which means it must be used up within the shelf life, otherwise it cannot be used after curing.
(4) After using adhesive components A and C, the remaining adhesive must be sealed properly (especially component C, which is prone to curing and can be scrapped).
(5) Do not mix with other adhesives to avoid affecting the quality and effectiveness of the adhesive.
(6) This product should be stored in a dry and cool place, with a suitable storage and use temperature of 5-300C, and avoid direct sunlight.
